Conflict With NAV IN System Works and Internet Security

I had both Norton System Works 2005 and Internet Security 2006 installed. I received messages that my Norton Anti Virus (NAV) subscription service was running out, so I installed Norton System Works 2006 Premier which includes NAV, but I was blocked during the installation from installing the NAV. If I uninstall the Internet Security I can install the entire System Works including NAV, But when I reinstall the Internet Security, I have to uninstall the NAV in Works before it will install. I have 10 days left on my subscription service for my NAV and then what do I do?

How can I take advantage of the NAV which is part of Works to replace the NAV in Internet Security?
