Conflict with Excel 2000 and Visio 2000 Technical

Hello,
I am having a problem while opening Excel2000. When I open it, Visual Basic opens and gives me a "Compile Error: Sub or Function not defined" error in the "Insert Visio Button.XLS - ThisWorkbook(CODE) file. Does anyone know how to eliminate this problem.

Jason,
Have you looked under Tools and Add-Ins, to see if Visio installed that tool bar as an Add-In? If so, you might be able to uncheck it to disable it from loading. You'll have to restart excel for the change to take effect. Hope that helps.
