Conflict between flash and outlook?

hi is there a conflict between outlook and flash
because online when i load up outlook from a button or and meail address, using the mailto command, then and the buttons in the whole movie stop working. (i.e. if oyu want to go to the home page u click home button and it will reload the last scene u where on(the one outlook was loaded in))
has anyone else had this problem, or know of a solution to it?
