Hi,

I have been configuring seagate to schedule reports via email and in doing so have setup new users and the profiles etc etc.

I have got everything set as it should be but now I am getting a different message when trying to schedule reports from info desktop.

"There are no info servers currently defined that are enabled to process reports, queries or programs"

Can anyone help as I have not seen this before.

Sounds like a service has stopped, have you tried restarting the box?

Checked all of the services?

Manually tried firing the programs?
