Configuring Voicemail Storage Size BCM50

Hi all,
Were a non-profit that was donated a BCM50 and Keycodes a few years ago and while the system has been running flawlessly, we have always been curious on how to increase the voicemail storage size per email box
Now granted I’ve only had hands on with this system for about 2 years and I know most of the menus from the element manger software and the website of the device, but I have never been able to figure out where this type of configuration screen would be at?

System Specs:
Firmware: 2.02.05E
VM Seat: 27
UM Seat:7
Fax Suite:1
Int Analog Trunk:2
Int Analog Sets:2
Int Digital Sets:2
EXP Port: 2

Let me do advise, we have no support on this system as it was donated to us.
So upgrading the software may not be possible for us.

So if anyone has a guide to increase voicemail limits per mailbox We would appreciate it.

You would have to log into the CallPilot Manager through Element Manager and once inside you would need to go under the mailbox admnin, find the class of service section and you will be able to adjust the time for the mailboxes there.

Generally most mailboxes will have class of service 1. The first column will be "MAX MBX MSG TIME in Min" Good Luck!

Thanks that was it.
Would you happen to know how to purge messages from a users mailbox all at one time, without deleting the entire box and recreating it or going thru each message one by one.
