Configuring VNC on Solaris

Does anyone have details instructions on how to get VNC up and running on SOlaris. It was so straight forward on Linux. I have install the package from SUN but everytime I try to launch VNC server I get Xauth not in path error message. Has anyone seen this before? Ultimately I want to configure VNC to spawn a CDE session. Anyone have any documentation or a good cheat sheet for config? Please help.

I have crawled through tons of websites and every i have ever seen doesn't work and nobody has every really posted a complete answer. This would make a great expert post and FAQ
