Configuring Virtual Wall Board, Password secret??

I have Queworx 4.0 and CCWX 3.1 The virtual Wall board configuration password when you Telnet in in the manual says the password is "secret" well, that doesn't work. I tried NEC Password Admin and still nothing. SO does anyone know what it might be??? basically when the Virtual Wallboard connects it is blank. I assume I have to configure the data in Telnet 1900 so??? Thanks

NTAC went through all the settings and said, Hmmm, should be working. So we jointly decided to do an ini and so I waited and Waited for 7:00 PM and then ini'ed. Hey, it fixed it. Just to note, I had INI'ed the stupid thing not 16 hours earlier but oh well. So, I did have everything set. Oh, I did forget to double check the Service class for Caller ID Display but lucky me, I had set the first set correctly before my copy.

As for the CCWX. I now have 00 for my Qworx, 15 for my VMail and 01 for 16 Pilots for CCWX. Thanks for the info.

I will update the previous PRI CID when I have a chance with the resolution AND the forgotten to check Service Class flagging.

OK, now that all other issues were resolved, if now one has an answer to this, I will be calling NTAC today. Any hints on new Virtual Wall Board Password.

OK,no go with NTAC. Informed me I should program through the MIS interface. Found out I had to program the Wall Board (I did a SP215) and then schedule it as immediant. It worked fine. Hope this helps.
