Configuring the ISALOGS time stamp

This logs do display the times correctly. Its just quite stupid how it records the time. It took me a while to work it out. But the time that it shows is the time since 8am the day the log is for.
So say you get an entry that says 03:56 the time that entry occurred was 11:56 am
I dont know why it records it like that, but it does

It actually shows GMT rather than your actual time zone.
