Configuring T-1 on Pro 2

Need some help on on connecting a T-1 to a Pro II using a on board card. The customer bought the system used including the card. I can get the T up and stable but can not complete a call. Mapped a button for the T but just get an error tone when dialing. The provider is not passing dial tone and I was wondering if this older system may need tone. Had them check the T with a T-bird and everything checked out fine.

Make sure you have CAP Keys on the phones. If you want Dial Tone, you need Least Cost Routing ( MIF-FL )
