Configuring static routes in soho 6

How can I configure these static routes in soho 6(router2) which is behind another router(router1)?

router 1: has our WAN IP
: and has a Local IP of 10.130.250.2

router 2 (soho 6): has router1's LAN IP as default gateway
: also is the DHCP
: has local ip of 10.130.250.1

these are the static routes needed to be configured

204.146.91.0 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 port 9991
164.156.14.21 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.255 port 23
32.90.117.34 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.255 Port:9964
32.77.242.3:2021 Subnet mask 255.255.255.255 port 2021

I'm not sure if I can do this under the firewall setting or under the route setting in SOHO 6. Thanks a lot for the guidance.
