I'm trying to configure a Norstar Startalk 384 voicemail system connected to a Meridian modular 8x24 ksu. In order to determine the appropriate codes, I dial Feature 9*1 from an M7310 phone (per the manual), but get an "inactive feature" response. I get the same response after dialing the Feature 983 code to access the Startalk system. Any suggestions?
