Configuring speller language for forwarded email.

I have a client who uses Spanish as her default language for spell-checks on Outlook 2003. She has no problems when creating a new email as the speller comes up in spanish. However, when she forwards or replies to any email the default dictionary is reverted english. I've already set the default as Spanish on the dictionary options in the email form but it does not automatically come up and the user has to manually change to spanish.

How can I set the default spell-check language to Spanish for forwarded and replied emails ??
