Configuring Server to accept rDNS or PTR

am a newbie and taking care of a network of 56 computers...
How do I enable the PTR record and rDNS for my mailservers. I have this probrlem with a certian e-mail address that always gets the message of undeliverable mail...Comcast says it is because of the PTR record and rDNS for my mail server... server 2003 pro

wil this fix this issue and it is safe to do so?

Talk to whoever hosts your domain, and get them to set up your DNS records appropriately
