I tried to configure the report server and on the Windows Service Identity was getting an error:

Assigning Reporting Services Rights to User
The Reporting Serivces rights were not applied properly. The user may still not have appropriate access to Reporting Services resources.

I was using Built-in Account> Network Service then Credentials Type was SQL Server Account and was using the 'sa' account.

The SA account isn't mapped to a Windows Account. By default, it's a local system account. You'll probably have to use a completely different account, one which is actually a Domain User account mapped to a SQL Server Login, to create the permissions you want.

Sorry.
