Configuring Q-sig and uniform dialing plan

Looking for a configuration document to install an IP office 406 Voice compression module to communicate with an Avaya s8700 for inter-office calls over an ISDN-PRI circuit. I will need to setup a Q-sig and uniform dialing plan.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Good luck on finding that document as QSIG over PRI shouldn't need a VCM. The VCM would only be required if it was QSIG over IP.
