We have a SMS 2003 server here running as an Exchange server. We use this for email, calendar and contacts. No one in the office uses or even has a pop3 account.
However! We just installed a ticket system onto our network (some of you may know it, or not; it's called nService), in order to have it receive ticket creation requests via email it needs to be configured to work in conjunction with a pop3 account.
My question is simple but the resolution may be tricky (or not); what is the best way to configure my server to have pop3 functionality so that i can have the nService retrieve all emails sent to support@domain.com. Emails sent to this address will not need to be delivered to a client or viewed anywhere else. They just need to be stored until the nService system connects and retrieves them.
I hope i adequately explained my scenario, any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
