Configuring phpPgAdmin 3.0

Hi newbiepg,
In phppgadm3 the configuration file has been moved to ./phppgadmin3/conf/config.inc.php-dist. Just copy config.inc.php-dist to the phppgadmin3 directory and rename it config.inc.php.
