Configuring Outlook to receive Hotmail

I have Outlook (9.0.0.6627) but cannot find how to connect to Hotmail.

Help>About e-mail accounts states "Outlook supports the following types of email servers ... Internet E-mail: POP3, IMAP, HTTP" but when Tools>Accounts>Mail>Add>Mail is selected, the Display Name is prompted, then email address but then the next dialog box only shows 'My incoming mail server is a POP3/IMAP server' - there is no option for a HTTP server such as Hotmail.
