Configuring Outlook for a generic Exchange server

Hello everybody,

We are moving from one Exchange server for our organisation to four Exchange servers. I was wondering if it is possible to let Outlook seek for one of the four Exchange servers independant of where the mailbox of the user is situated.

Can anybody tell me if this is possible ?
