I am a newbie and taking care of a network of 56 computers...
How do I enable the PTR record and rDNS for my mailservers. I have this probrlem with a certian e-mail address that always gets the message of undeliverable mail...Comcast says it is because of the PTR record and rDNS for my mail server... server 2003 pro

wil this fix this issue and it is safe to do so?

Help A.S.A.P.
Thank You!!

afaik your isp or dns host has to setup your PTR Record. I don't think that this is something you can do. Actually just last week I had to have comcast (my isp) setup a PRT Record for my domain because messages that were being sent to aol addresses were being bounced back.
