configuring kernel parameters

Hi all,

I have to configure the following parameters in AIX server
(P650 with AIX 5.2)
Parameter Description Minimum Value
nfile Maximum number of open files. 20*
semmns Required semaphores. 20
nflocks File locks. 10

Can any one tell me the procedure? The server is with db2.
