Configuring IP Address

Is there any way to configure an IP address for a virtual folder created under IIS Virtual Directory Manager for SQLXML 3.0? I run Apache2 on port 8080 AND IIS on port 80 together and it is configured to need IP addresses. The virtual XML folder does not appear to be an exception because I cannot access it without one. Thanks!
