Hi, I don't know if this sounds naive, but I haven't been able to configure an MCS 7835 to receive calls. I've got it to be able to make, transfer, pick-up and so forth. BUT I can't receive any ringing, but when I dial the number (my PRI has only 1 number) it rings, but I don't see it in any of the sets. Please help. Will trade for Nortel Norstar, Meridian and Passport advice if necesary. Thanks in advance!

What happends when you dial in via cell phone? Do you get a fast busy, ring, normal busy etc.?
On your gateway try setting up PLAR.
voice-port 1/0:23
connection plar 1100 (replace 1100 with a phone extension)
This should route all incoming calls to extension 1100.
