Configuring IIS 5 using command lines

Does anyone know if we can configure an IIS 5.0 Web site using command lines. I know we can use IIS Manager to configure any site, but I’m looking for a method to programmatically update and configure IIS web site using an application or script. If anyone knows if it is possible, or the commands to use, please let me know.
