Hi,
I need to configure four of our extensions to use our SIP trunk, what is best practice for doing this?

The controller itself is a Mitel 3300 Mxeiii currently running software version 10.2.1.13

Any advise appreciated.

Cheers,
Craig

do you use 9 to dial over ISDN?
If so you could configure new ARS digit dialled entries with a differnet leading digit e.g. 7, point these to a new route which uses the SIP trunk.
Alternatively if you still want the user to dial 9 you could use class of restriction and route lists to bar the user from teh 1st choice route which is ISDN and inrturn they could failover to a 2nd choice route which would be the SIP.

The first opiton is simpler to setup in my opinion!
