Iam an installer, I have two video servers with dual port nics, one port is configured with ip,subnet mask, and a gateway. The second port is configured with an ip and subnet mask with no gateway. Both servers are congigured in the same manner. The problem is that the servers continue to lose network connectivity which means I lose all camera feed on that server. I have two switches, one for each server and both switches are comnected to my router. What can I do to resolve my network issue?

You do understand that you cannot have the dual NICs in the server share an IP address in the same subnet?
This can only be done if the NICs have special software that "bonds" the NICs together to create a new logical NIC so throughput/failover purposes.
