I have two SANs - City1 and City2 - recently build a w2k3 box(in City2) with HBAs and set up Zoning etc to SAN City2. Configuration good.

From storage manager I can only connect to the subsystem SAN (DS4800) in City1. I can't see my SAN to which the host is physicly connected via fiber and on same network I subnet.

I'm using out-band to manage the SAN.

I however do have a 2nd Host in City2 (w2k due for decommission) which can see both city1 and 2 's SAN.

Running latest version of all firmware and storagemanager client. Any ideas?

You can try to add second subsystem in Enterprise Management. Enterprise Management > Edit > Add Storage Subsystem > IPs of controller/s.
