I am trying to develop a report which displays data in columns....where the columns are dates and the rows are truck numbers....like so....

12/15 12/16 12/17 12/18
----- ----- ----- -----
123xyz 4343PPP 124POY
112jtj 434KKR 98JJM
434jjt 848NCB
440jvj

I am trying to get it to work in a cross tab, but the truck numbers are appearing in one column and the totals are lining up under the dates, I would like the truck numbers to line up under the dates....

Any one see what I am doing wrong....Thanks for all your help so far.....Ed

For the display you're seeking, try removing the row field. Use date as the column field, and then for your summary field, choose {table.truckID}, using NthMostFrequent as the summary, with N = 1. Then add {table.truckID} repeatedly as the summary field up to the maximum number of truckIDs that might appear under a date, and each time, increase N by 1.
