Configuring clock source (timing)

I am currently supporting a Vodavi DVX Plus IV, I periodically have problems with my PRI circuit falling offline, errors seem to indicate that I have a timing problem. Can anyone tell me where and how to set clock source? Should the sytem or the CO supply clock source?

One more question, does anyone out there know where I can download a free copy of the Administrator's/User's Guide for this system? Thanks!
