configuring cisco ata for use of external strobe light and bell

I have a client who needs to have a strobe light and external bell ring to notify warehouse workers they have a call. I have seen this done through an cisco ata before i believe and just wanted to get some feedback if their is a better way of doing this and if their is a specific way i should configure the ata. Also does anyone know if their is a specific vendor strobe that i should use. Any feedback would be greatly welcome.
