Configuring Call Forwarding on Phantom Numbers

Hello Everyone

Thanks in advance !!!

As I am very much new to the Avaya Platform, so there are very basic questions that makes me curious sometimes and I know that might sound silly to you.

Can someone please guide me how to configure Call Forwarding on an already configured Phantom Number ?

I know it should be something like this : FTR DCFW xx (Number of Digits) yyyy (Extension for Forwarding) .

But my concern is how to configure this FTR DCFW.


I will be very grateful if you can help me with this.
