We have 3 people who access their email via a Citrix ICA client on their desktop. They want to get Blackberry devices. According to some research I have done, they should be able to sync up their email while in a citrix session. I called RIM to find out how to do this and was told that they do not support this, because we are involving a 3rd party. Has anyone been able to do this? If so, do you have instructions as to how it was done?
