configuring a analog trunk for the announcement

hi folks..
i have one req. we are nortel option 11c .hope u guys will shed some light on it.
my boss wants that some one shd be able to dial a no. and pass a message to all the users in the floor.
so we have decided to configure a trunk on a xcot card and conenct to a amplifier , which will then feed to a sound system

i have configured a co trunk and when i dial the access code , the system shows me the status as busy in ld 36. but no voice output comes, the sound system is working fine

can some one help me pls.

I would use a Xut trk card and set up a paging route for it. Probably similar to what you have done with COT card. Check your books for paging stuff in Feature Guides.
