I'm trying to configur this AP. A knucklehead just left our company and didnt remember the password to the AP's.Can anyone tell me how to break into this thing and reload it so that I can reconfigure it?

It works fine.. I just dont want this employee sitting outside our office trying to get back into things he shouldnt.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

There is no way to break into the AP whilst it is up and running without knowing logon information - it could be local usernames & passwords or an external Radius or Tacacs server or just local passwords?
Thers is a password recovery procedure on CCO:

You need to know whether the AP is running IOS or VXWorks as the procedure is different. If it is running VXWorks I would upgrade it to IOS anyway since the VXWorks version is limited and IOS has better features (WPA security etc).
