Hi everyone,

How do i configure a ADSL router with dynamic dns?
i want to connect remotely.

any help pls.
 
Do you know if the router has the DDNS feature? If not, you can download free DDNS software running on one of your computers.

Your router interface should have administration functions to allow communication from a remote source. I know from my own experience that you'll have to statically assign the box behind the router to allow access remotely.
Use ZoneEdit's dynamic DNS solution to point that domain name to your machine. Before dynamic DNS you had to have a fixed IP to run a web server. Now you can run a web server with a cable modem, DSL line or even on a dial up.
