if you already have an analog phone without ACD do the following:
In LD 10 in the PBX:
REQ CHG
TYPE 500
TN <fill in your TN>
ECHG YES
ITEM FTR ACD <fill in acd number and position ID>
(Example ITEM FTR ACD 4483 23456)
When you have done this your analog set is a member of ACD queue 4483, but is not logged in.
To log in to the queue do like this:
Go off hook, press *47* or the code wich is specified in
LD 57 (Login sequence may be different if you have MAX)
REQ PRT
TYPE FFC
CUST 0
CODE LILO
This code is used to login and logout.
When the analog phone is logged in you hear another dial tone then what you have usually.
There is also a code for putting the phone in pause.
That is, you are logged in, but not available at the moment.
Check the code in LD 57 like above but look for the code specified under the code NRDY.
What du you mean when you say that ACD calls shold be forwarded?
Manually or automatically?
