Configuring a 4424 with DSS4450

I am trying to configure a 4424 with a DSS4450 module. I have been able to successfully program with no problems. However, when I try to make a call to a user (using a DSS button) instead of the display showing the name that is being called it is displaying a lower case s for each letter of the name. (Ex. Name=Bill, the display reads ssss; Name=Tom, diplay reads sss). Has anyone ran into this before and what can I do to fix it?
