Configures Appache, but PERL still not work

I'm trying to run simple PERL CGI script.
#!C:\Perl\bin\perl
print "Content-type: text/html\r\n\r\n";
print "Hello, World.";
Then I'm writing in browser

http://localhost/cgi-bin/first.pl

This example is in documentation.
But it gives me Server Error:

What does it mean? Thanks
