Configureing PIX 515E with Exchange Server 2000

I need to know which ports to open on the PIX to allow the free flow of email from DMZ to inside.

At present when new mail comes in, unless you refresh he mailbox manually it doesn't appear (a pull technology) - before the pix, it used to just fly into the inbox (a push technology).

I guess it's something to do with dynamic port configurations from Server on DMZ to client on inside.

Any suggestions ? Sample configs ? etc would be welcome!

The client will need to poll the server for new email.
