Configure trunk to "direct dial" ASU extension

Wondering if there is a way to temporarily assign an external analog trunk to "pass through" to an analog extension (3300 ICP running 9.0.0.41)? I want to temporarily hang a fax off that extension and want to bypass our live- or auto-attendant and ring straight through. Probably not using correct terminology, but hopefully my query is clear enough...

Never mind...I just disconnected the analog trunk in question from an ASU and connected the fax directly to the "trunk." That's all.
