Configure SMDR with Avaya Version 9.1.0

Hi everyone, can anyone please let me know which 3rd party software i can use in windows to get details of SMDR in avaya version 9.1.9. totally confused how to configure SMDR and get call details. Any Free software is avaiable to get associated with SMDR.

Just use hyperterminal to get the SMDR output if you just want to have a look. Alternatively you could install a 30 day oak reportX trial.

is there any other free software which i can install on any PC and it keep record of SMDR until we turn off manually.

Google it, free stuff is usually crap though, you get what you pay for

The Oak will collect data indefinitely it is only the reporting side that stops after 30 days.

I have tried hyper terminal too, but its working as Avaya sysmon, i am looking for software just to have call details, and surey looking for free...

@KPVashist - sorry, I don't have a written guide. We just load the software and configure to fit local environment.
