currently I have configured my server (DC) to act as a router
(2 NIC card, one nic has internal IP, and primary DNS is IP of the server itself,)
Second NIC has IP from (Lan side of the ISP router), with ISP's DNS )
I am also running routes on the server. RRAS service is turned on.
Everything was working fine till yesterday.
I pathced my server with all MS updates and now users in internal network cannot browse internet.

Have you tried rolling back or uninstalling the updates one by one to see which update may be the culprit?

There are around 35 update I did last night. I am not sure which one to uninstall.
any other settings I need to look into?

Grab the list of what was installed and start uninstalling them one at a time, testing Internet access between each uninstall. When you've found the problem one install the remaining one at a time to make sure that nothing else causes the problem.

If no settings have been changed, there is like a 99% chance that changing settings will not fix the problem.

Uninstalling the patches is your best bet.
