configure report to spread throughout the page 1

I need to print bills, some may only have a few records in the detail section, how can i make certain that my detail section is fixed to a certain height so that my page are always full and that my other section of the report print always at the same place.

Remove the billing details from the main report record source. Then create a subreport that is based on your billing detail records. Add this subreport to your main report and use the Link Master/Child properties to the fields that link your billing details to your Invoice(?) table.

Keep in mind that you would need to either remove the billing details table from your main report's record source or make the record source into a group by the summarized all of the billing details into a single record per invoice.

Set the height of the subreport to the exact height you need and set its Can Grow and Can Shrink properties to No.
