Configure "auto-populate" username in the SBS console

Whenever we add a user in the SBS Console, both User Name and Email fields auto populate something like: "UserName" and "UserName@domain.local" etc...

Is there a way to configure it to define a default, such as: TUser and TUser@domain.local?

I know in SBS2003, this can be done, but can't seem to find a solution for SBS2008
