configure printers for ip scheme change

we are changing our lan ip scheme so I need to prepare the new printers with there new ip addresses before the cutover day.

what is the easiest way to do this so when the users come in the day after the cutover the printers will be ready for them.

The printers (10 of them) are on the server being shared out to the users.

should I assign the the new server ip address as a secondary ip address to the server to be ready for the cutover.
