Configure PHP for Piranha

Piranha-0.4.13-1 from Red Hat 6.2
My Linux version 7.3
I already started /etc/init.d/pulse start and /etc/init.d/httpd start but I still can't access Piranha from web.
I also ran piranha &. and show the error "command not found".
How can I configure php for piranha ?
How can I solve the problem ?
Any idea ?
