Configure Opt 11 to Access from Network - HELP Problems!

Greetings Folks... I'm having a time trying to configure my Opt 11 so I can access it from my LAN.

I believe I've gotten everything set right but still not working. Question should my NTDK27AA cable plug into the P1 port of the J1 port? It has a male plug on it so would only assume the P1 port.

I should have mentioned I'm using a CentreCom at-210t serial to ethernet adapter.
