Configure IPCop Firewall

I want to test IPCop Firewall.
I Installed computer with 2 NIC ( very easy and clear process ). Connected with cross cables two machines. Now I try from Green network get web service running on the computer connected to RED.
Nothing. I want my Green network to be opened from in to out. I feel like I missed any basic rule which allow this outside traffic. Even enabled proxy service does not help.
All default gateways are OK.
Any idea?

you have to open outside access under firewall tab. You need to open port 445. You should be able to access via.
