configure IPAT via ipaliasing

Dear
I have been installed and configred HACMP 5.1 on AIX 5.1 .but when try to synch, the configuration ,i've get failed with below error :

Remember to redo automatic error notification if configuration has changed.

cldare: Changes made to the networking configuration will result in
IP aliasing support being enabled or disabled. Please note that changing
these network parameters via a DARE is not supported.

please if you can or you know where i can find more information about below question .

1- i would like to know where or how can i configure IPAT via ipaliasing
