how to Configure IE settings (empty temp internet files)via script? I want to try this with script not Group Policy

Create a reg file and then script it to be ran silently on log on.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Cache]
"Persistent"=dword:00000000

I want this to apply to any user who logs on to that computer.
I dont want to run this at logon, I am going to push this script using Landesk, will this affect only to currently logged on user or all users?

Well if you want it to apply to any user who logs on to that computer, then a logon script is what you need. If you apply it through LanDesk, you can make it apply to just the currently logged on user. In AD you can publish a GPO that would apply the logon script to just the users you want it to work for.
